Always ensure your Gua Sha is clean before you begin.
Apply some oil or moisturiser to your clean face and neck, and gently glide the tool over your skin in upward and outward strokes.
Light pressure should be applied – you are simply stimulating the lymphatic system and so using the Gua Sha in a specific way will maximise your results.
You can also store your Gua Sha in the fridge or freezer for a cooling effect, or warm it up in some hot water for a warming effect.
For maximum effect, and depending on your skin type and needs, use this every night for a few minutes with your favourite oil or cream.

- Hygiene is very important with your Gua Sha. As the stone is porous it is very important to clean it after each use with hot water and a very gentle soap.
- Gently pat it dry and return it to your pouch and box to store.
