Based in Mill Hill, North West London, Philippa Louise has been working as a makeup artist for over 16 years working on all event makeup. She is also a personal beauty stylist teaching you how to apply makeup and a Sheerluxe approved Sienna X spray tan artist. Philippa also works in fashion and beauty, red carpet, commercial & television and specialises in luxury bridal makeup. She also worked as backstage artist for Charlotte Tilbury.
